And Angel by the name of Dr. Wei Wei

This tekst is in eglish bacause the man to whom it is dedicated cannot speak swedish and I still do not speak chinese...中國.

A few months ago a came upon a health clinic placed in our local shopping mall, a found the combo great, men could go around in the caming and electronic stores and I could get a traditional chinese massage.
He started by taking my pulse, repeating almost like a mantra.... You are very weak...

It consisted of akupunkture needles. i stopped counting when I reached 25 needles...

Acupressure is also known as Chinese Medical Massage - “Tui Na”. However, it differs from western massage in that finger and palm pressure is applied using a wide range of techniques. It stimulates Qi mobilisation to regain Yin-Yang balance in certain parts of the body, and it enhances general health and vitality by easing tension in muscles, joints and Meridian points.

It improves circulation, helps lymphatic drainage and tones the body.
Acupressure is effective in healing and dispelling pain in the back and joints, headaches and sports injuries including fatigue, insomnia and for beauty therapy etc. Natural oils and lotions are used when undertaking the service.

Efterwards he used Cupping ... which is a well recognised as a popular way to detoxify body and improve natural health. A therapy in which a jar is placed on the skin surface to ease local congestion, through the removal of the air in the jar. It unblocks lymph nodes along the spine, which in turn helps the body to work more efficiently. The therapy promotes the free flow of Qi and blood in the channels, diminishes swellings and pains, and dispels cold and dampness. It is usually performed as an alternative to acupuncture.

Thereupon he used Reflexology which is the physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hand using specific thumb, finger and hand techniques with the use of oil or lotions. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands with a premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.

The duration of the treament varies a little, but aproximately 2 and a half hour. is not unusual for me.

The last time as I left, I went in to the local florist, and bought a small beautifull flower, as I gave it to him I told him that his treatment have already have an immense effect on me and my pain. ANd most of all it had given me hope back..

Later on his boss a nice lady, Gloria told me, that he had never experienced anything like that, He could sense I was different but not why. But I could certainly feel how greatful he was for my small gesture... SOmetimes the word Thank you is enough that day required a little bit more...

He recommended something to me called Moxa... I was qiute skeptisk, but You learn by living or die trying to do so...
Moxibustion (Chinese: 灸; pinyin: jiǔ) is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy using moxa, or mugwort herb. It plays an important role in the traditional medical systems of China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Tibet, and Mongolia. Suppliers usually age the mugwort and grind it up to a fluff; practitioners burn the fluff or process it further into a stick that resembles a (non-smokable) cigar. They can use it indirectly, with acupuncture needles, or sometimes burn it on a patient's skin.

I picked it up on monday... I lay with it on my stomach for hours and relaxition was unique.

My husband came home saying it smells like a fun party.... but the smell is quite emmense but I suppose I will have to endure that.
Practitioners use moxa to warm regions and acupuncture points with the intention of stimulating circulation through the points and inducing a smoother flow of blood and qi. It is believed by some, for example at Mugwort (Encyclopedia of Alternative Medicine by Clare Hanrahan), that mugwort acts as an emmenagogue, meaning that it stimulates blood-flow in the pelvic area and uterus. It is claimed that moxibustion militates against cold and dampness in the body and can serve to turn breech babies [1] Hopefully our family will find a way to cope with smell... maybe a giant wonderbaum...

Medical historians believe that moxibustion pre-dated acupuncture, and needling came to supplement moxa after the 2nd century BC. Different schools of acupuncture use moxa in varying degrees. For example, a 5-elements acupuncturist will use moxa directly on the skin, whilst a TCM-style practitioner will use rolls of moxa and hold them over the point treated. It can also be burnt atop a fine slice of ginger root to prevent scarring. So it is nothing you should joggle around with youself...

Traditional moxibustion set from Ibuki (Japan) was a set like the one I got...
Practitioners consider moxibustion to be especially effective in the treatment of chronic problems, "deficient conditions" (weakness), who knows mayby this can fix m wakness in body... and gerontology. Bian Que (fl. circa 500 BC), one of the most famous semi-legendary doctors of Chinese antiquity and the first specialist in moxibustion, discussed the benefits of moxa over acupuncture in his classic work.

He asserted that moxa could add new energy to the body and could treat both excess and deficient conditions. On the other hand, he advised against the use of acupuncture in an already deficient (weak) patient, on the grounds that needle manipulation would leak too much energy.[citation needed]
A huge classical work, Gao Huang Shu (膏肓俞), specialises solely in treatment indications for moxa on a single point (穴).
Note that Taoists use scarring moxibustion along with Chinese medical astrology for longevity.
Practitioners may use acupuncture needles made of various materials in combination with moxa, depending on the direction of qi flow they wish to stimulate.
The overwhelming majority of these claims are poorly supported or entirely unsubstantiated by clinical, anatomic, or other basic science evidence.
Meta-analysis of the current evidence regarding moxibustion in treatment for ulcerative colitis concluded that evidence is insufficient to show that moxibustion is an effective treatment.
Moxibustion can be applied directly, by rolling tiny pellets or beads and burning them directly onto the skin on designated acupoints, or placing the pellets on small circular shields on the skin; or indirectly using sticks that come in two types – a soft, smokey kind with loosely-packed moxa (pictured above), or hard, smokeless kind with compressed moxa that is shorter in length and requires a holder once the burning tip gets close to the fingers holding it. Although the smoke from the soft sticks can be somewhat of an irritant, some practitioners prefer it, believing it to carry special healing properties.

I am searching for my innerbalance for my current one is non-functional.

Not a single day go by without me wishing not to be...
Luckily he has not granted me my wish yet, but even the thaughts scare the sh*t out of my.

After practice I went to church, and I just sat there crying for some time, lost track of time.

A want to find the deeper motivation of living again, besides the obvious, my husbnd and my kids and friends and family...

I want the spark of life back...

A sales person called a halfpasted nine asking for my husband, and in my little asåect of not being able to carry over with him, I asked hin for his number because then my husband could call him when he got home from work round midnat...  he apollogized and claimed that it was not that important... arghhh!

The Dear Dr. Wei Wei asked if I could ever remove my Sonde-bottom in the stomach, because he could litarally sense how all the positive energies slowly left body..
I do not think the possibility are huge but no harm in asking...

My beloved engel, Kristina the Bottom-doktor, helps people like me with stomias and such stuff.
She is still talking about a new surgery where they want to insert a tupe even longer down i my intenstions...

More to follow, small steps...

Enjoy
