Whether we want them or not, the New Year will bring new challenges; whether we seize them or not, the New Year will bring new opportunities.
Too many people struggle with demons we know nothing about.
Tomorrow Norway’s Royal family will bury a member who used to be in their inner circle.
Depression and mental illness has no preferences, it can afflict our lives when least expected. And it wrecks havocs.
Speak up, you are not alone.
Having had my dances with both the demons and one too many brushes with the grim reaper, I do know, what’s it like.
